Where design and improvisation meet
Cara Triste involved the design of a visual identity system for the latest release by a jazz trio. The project focused on translating the emotional landscape of the music—sadness, hope and transformation—into a visual language that feels expressive, fluid and alive.
Titles, credits and graphic assets were developed using dynamic typography and subtle visual rhythms, inspired by the improvisational nature of jazz. The result is a flexible system designed to enhance the connection between sound and image, allowing the visuals to move, breathe and evolve alongside the music.
